摘要
探讨专利与区域技术创新能力的关系。从专利的规模、质量、效率、协作4个方面,对京津冀的技术创新能力进行比较分析。研究结果表明:京津冀三地专利产出态势良好;应加强北京、天津与河北的技术合作,避免三地优势技术领域的无效重叠,强化产学研的协同发展。
The paper discusses the relationship between patent and regional technology innovation ability. It analyzes the technology innovation ability of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from four aspects of patent＇s quantity, quality, efficiency and collaboration. The results show that patent output of the three regions is in good shape, and it＇s necessary to enhance technology cooperation among the three regions, avoid invalid overlap of advanced technologies, and promote coordinative development among companies, universities and institutions.
