摘要
私募股权基金具有循环投资的特点,退出是私募股权投资的核心环节,只有建立畅通的退出机制才能提高私募股权基金的流通性和发展性。本文在对我国私募股权基金退出方式归纳总结的基础上分析了现有机制存在的问题,并结合美国私募股权基金退出机制的发展历程和发展经验,提出了完善我国私募股权基金退出机制的相关建议。
Since private equity fund has the characteristics of circular investing, exit is the core link of private equity investment. Therefore, only by establishing a smooth mechanism can improve the liquidity and expansibility of private equity finds. This paper expounds the exit mode of private equity funds and the existing problems of exit mechanism of private equity funds in China. Furthermore, via combining the development history and development experience of the United States private equity funds, it puts forward some suggestions to improve the exit mechanism of private equity funds in China.
