摘要
目的探索厦门禽类标本禽流感病毒阳性检出率的相关因素。方法在2011年1月-2014年7月间,收集厦门市禽类外环境标本,采用荧光定量RT-PCR方法对标本进行核酸检测,分析禽流感病毒阳性检出率的相关因素。结果 593份标本中,检出禽流感阳性178份,阳性率为30%,来源于城乡活禽市场的标本高于家禽规模养殖场和家禽散养户的标本,禽类饮水、清洗禽类污水、笼具表面擦拭标本和案板表面擦拭标本阳性率较禽类粪便标本高,第一季度标本的阳性率高于其余季度的标本,标本送检及时,阳性率越高。结论监测场所、标本种类、标本采集时间、标本送检是否及时与禽流感病毒阳性检出率相关。
We explored related factors on positive rate of avian influenza virus in external environment of poultry in Xiamen, China. During January 2011 to July 2014, 593 samples were collected from Avian Influenza Surveillance Network in Xiamen City, and related information was recorded. Real-time RT-PCR was applied to detect the nucleic acid of avian influenza virus and related factors of positive rate of avian influenza virus were analyzed. Results showed that 178 samples of 583 were found to have avian influenza virus, the positive rate was 30~, of which samples from live birds markets in urban and rural regions were higher than those from poultry farms and scatter-feed household, the rate of poultry drinking water, poultry wastewater, wipe samples from cage surface and chopping board was higher than poultry manure; samples collected in the first quarters were higher than those collected in other quarters; the corresponding rate was increased with the timeliness between sampling and submission. It＇s concluded that monitoring locations, sample type, the collection time of samples, and timeliness between sam- pling and submission are the related factors on positive rate of avian influenza virus.
