摘要
[目的]快速准确地检测海产品中的锡.[方法]通过比较消解温度、消解体系、内外标方法,采用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)测定海产品中的总锡.在优化试验方法及仪器工作条件下,对实际样品贻贝、虾、大黄鱼中的总锡进行测定.[结果]试验表明,电感耦合等离子质谱测定海产品中的总锡的线性相关系数为0.996 1,加标回收率在88% ~ 115%,RSD <3%.[结论]该测定方法快速、简单灵敏、准确、检测限低,适合于海产品中总锡含量的测定.
[ Objective ] To rapidly and accurately determipe tin in seafood. [ Method ] By comparing digestion temperature, digestion system, internal and external standard method, total tin in seafood was determined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Un- der the optimum experimental methods and instrument conditions, total tin in actual samples of mussels, shrimp, large yellow croaker were de- termined. [ Result] The results showed that linear correlation coefficient is0. 996 1, the recoveries between 88% - 115%, RSD 〈 3%. [ Conclusion ] The method was rapid, simple and sensitive, accurate, and low detection limits, which is suitable for the determination of total tin in seafood.
