不同粒径比复配填充对PA6/鳞片石墨复合材料导热性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Filling with Different Size Ratios Distribution on Heat Conduction Properties of PA6/Flake Graphite Composites

摘要 固定填料填充量为40%(质量分数),以三种不同粒径鳞片石墨分别两两复配,从而获得了三个不同粒径比(2.4、3.7、8.7)的复配填料,改变小粒径填料含量,制备了鳞片石墨填充聚酰胺6(PA6)导热复合材料。研究发现,不论何种粒径比复配填充制备复合材料,都存在一个最大热导率,且其相比同含量下单一粒径鳞片石墨填充均显著提高。当两种鳞片石墨的粒径比分别为2.4、3.7、8.7时,复合材料的最大热导率分别为1.598、1.504、1.541W/(m·K),且随着粒径比比值的逐渐增大,复合材料的最大热导率值向小粒径填料低含量方向偏移。 The nylon 6 ( PA6 ) composites were filling prepared using different sizes of fillers with the total amount of 40wt%. The mixed fillers with three size ratios (2.4, 3.7, 8.7) were formed by any two of the three different particle sizes of flake graphite in which the mass content of the small particle size filler in the mixed fillers could be changed. It is found that the thermal conductivity of the composite with mixed fillers of the three size ratios will get a maximum value and the thermal conductivity improves significantly compared with the same filler content with single particle size. The maximum thermal conductivities of the composites are 1. 598, 1. 504 and 1. 541 W/(m · K) respectively when the particle size ratios are 2.4, 3.7 and 8.7, respectively. As the particle size ratio increases, the maximum thermal conductivity shifts to lower content of the smaller particle.
