摘要
绕组变形检测对预防变压器短路冲击损坏具有重要作用。在详细分析频响法、阻抗法和电容法测试原理、测试方法、判断准则的基础上,结合理论分析和现场实测,对平衡绕组、接线方式、试验流程、环境干扰等影响因素进行深入剖析;然后研究油色谱、局放、直流电阻等常规试验手段在辅助分析变压器绕组变形上的作用,分析了变压器绕组变形与抗短路能力、短路冲击三者之间的关系;最后依据各种绕组变形测试方法的相关性和互补性,提出了基于多融合技术的绕组变形测试与诊断方法。
Winding deformation detection plays an important role in the prevention of short circuit damage of transformer. Based on the detailed analysis of test principle, test method, and judging criterion of the frequency response method, impedance method, and capacitance method, and combined with theoretical analysis and field measurement, the balance winding, connection mode, test process, environmental interference, and other infulencing factors were analyzed deeply. Then the auxiliary function of conventional test methods such as oil chromatogram, PD, DC resistance in the analysis of transformer winding deformation was studied, and the relationship among the transformer winding deformation, the ability of anti short circuit and short circuit impact was analyzed. Finally, according the relativity and complementarity of various kinds of winding deformation test methods, the test and diagnosis method of winding deformation based on multiple methods was proposed.
