7个鲜食葡萄品种抗寒性评价 被引量:3

Evaluation of Cold Resistance of Seven Table Grape Cultivars

摘要 【目的】检测引进的鲜食葡萄新品种的抗寒适应性,筛选出在北疆地区适宜种植的品种。【方法】7个鲜食葡萄新品种为材料,选取1年生枝条分别在4、-12、-17、-22、-27℃下进行低温处理。测定低温处理后枝条的相对电导率、脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白含量和SOD、CAT活性并拟合Logistic曲线、计算临界半致死温度(LT50)。【结果】低温处理后‘秋红宝’、‘夏黑’、‘夏至红’的相对电导率和半致死温度都显著较低;‘夏黑’、‘夏至红’、‘沈农金皇后’、‘秋红宝’低温处理后的脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量显著较高;‘夏至红’、‘沈农金皇后’、‘夏黑’低温处理后的丙二醛含量显著较低;‘夏黑’、‘夏至红’、‘沈农金皇后’低温处理后SOD、CAT活性显著较高。可溶性蛋白与相对电导率呈显著正相关;SOD与相对电导率呈显著负相关;脯氨酸、MDA、CAT与相对电导率呈负相关,但相关性不显著。【结论】‘夏黑’、‘夏至红’、‘沈农金皇后’抗寒能力较强;‘新郁’、‘克瑞森无核’抗寒能力一般;‘爱神玫瑰’、‘新郁’抗寒能力较弱。 【Objective】In order to select suitable planting varieties in Northern Xinjiang,7 table grape cultivars introduced in Shihezi area were used to compare their tolerance to cold resistance.【Method】1- year-old dormant shoots were collected as the materials for measuring relative conductivity,semi- lethal temperatures( LT50) and physiological indexes such as free proline,aldehyde,soluble protein,SOD and CAT under different low temperatures at 4℃,- 12℃,- 17℃,- 22℃ and- 27℃.【Result】The results showed that the relative conductivity and semi- lethal temperatures( LT50) in‘Qiuhongbao',‘Summer Black'and‘Xiazhihong'were significantly lower than in other cultivars,The contents of soluble protein and free proline in‘Summer Black',‘Xiazhihong',‘Shennong Jinhuanghou'and‘Qiuhongbao'were significantly higher than in other cultivars; The aldehyde in ‘Xiazhihong',‘Shennong Jinhuanghou'and ‘Summer Black'were significantly lower than in other cultivars; The activity of SOD and CAT in ‘Summer Black',‘Xiazhihong'and ‘Shennong Jinhuanghou'were significantly higher than in other cultivars. The soluble protein has significant positive correlation with the relative conductivity; SOD has significant negative correlation with the relative conductivity;proline,MDA,CAT have negative correlation with the relative conductivity.【Conclusion】Results indicated that ‘Summer Black',‘Xiazhihong',‘Shennong Jinhuanghou'had higher cold resistance,‘Qiuhongbao ',‘Crimson Seedless' had medium cold resistance,while ‘Aisheng Meigui'‘Xinyu'had lower cold resistance among seven table grape cultivars.
