摘要
针对老旧500 k V壳式变压器,从其存在的缺陷和隐患两方面分析检修处理的必要性,提出技改更换、返厂大修、现场诊断性检修3种方案,通过技术分析与资产全生命周期成本分析确定实施现场诊断性检修,提升设备性能。通过该项工作,总结了老旧主变压器(大型电力设备)缺陷与隐患处理方法,力求达到效能、风险、成本最优,提升设备利用率、节约运维成本。
The necessity of maintenance for an 500 kV old shell-type transformer with defects and hidden troubles is analyzed. Three methods such as old equipment replacement,factory repair and field repair are presented to improve the performance of the device.Through technical analysis and life cycle cost analysis,the third method is chosen and implemented because more great technical and economic advantages.Through this work, a processing method of the old large power transformer with defects and hidden troubles is summarized.This method can balance three factors such as efficiency ,risk and cost.Optimal solution is given to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
