摘要
对2A02硬铝合金进行了不同的时效处理,然后进行了腐蚀性能检测。采用恒温浸泡方法、极化曲线测量、扫描电镜等手段研究了不同时效处理对合金的组织及性能尤其是晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:对于单级时效而言,自然时效析出相较少,随时效温度升高,析出相增多,但大量析出相存在于晶界;两级时效析出相细小弥散,且均匀分布于晶内。硬铝合金的电化学腐蚀过程以晶间腐蚀为主,随时效温度的升高,耐蚀性增强。两级时效可获得均匀的晶粒结构与细小弥散的析出相分布形态,材料的耐蚀性能最好。
The different aging treatments of 2A02 hard aluminum alloy were carried out. And then the corrosion performance was tested. The effects of different aging treatments on the microstructure and performance of the alloy were studied with the immersion method of constant temperature, polarization curve measurement, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), especially the effect of intergranular corrosion performance. The results show that the precipitated phase of natural aging is less for single-stage aging. The precipitated phase increases along with the aging temperature rising, but a large amount of precipitated phase lies in grain boundary. The precipitated phase dispersion distributes in the intracrystalline for two-stage aging. The intergranular corrosion is main form in the electrochemical corrosion process of hard aluminum alloy. The corrosion resistance increases with the aging temperature increasing. The uniform grain structure and dispersion of small precipitated phase form are obtained in two-stage aging, and its corrosion resistant performance is the best.
