摘要
通过扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了Cr5钢最终热处理后的碳化物形态分布、显微组织、断口形貌,在拉伸试验机、冲击试验机和洛式硬度计上对其力学性能进行测试。结果表明:最终热处理后组织中碳化物主要以M7C3为主,且尺寸相对细小,抗拉强度和硬度值随回火温度的升高而降低,伸长率有所提高;断口形貌由小准解理刻面逐渐向韧窝转变;回火温度为520℃时,抗拉强度、冲击功和硬度值分别为1490.24 MPa、211.8 J和51.7 HRC,与最终热处理前相比,性能得到明显改善(最终热处理前材料的抗拉强度、冲击功、硬度分别为1420 MPa、146 J、49 HRC)。
The microstructure( after different heat treatment),fracture morphology,phase of Cr5 steel were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy; the tensile strength,ductility and hardness were tested by Rockwell hardness tester,tensile and shock test machine respectively. The results show that the carbides of Cr5 steel are mainly M7C3 after final heattreated,the microstructure of Cr5 is improved dramatically. With the increase of tempering temperature,the tensile strength and the hardness decrease,the ductility increases. The morphology of the fracture is changed from small quasi cleavage facet to cavity. The materials have good comprehensive mechanical performance when the tempering temperature is about 520 ℃,the tensile strength is1490. 24 MPa,the impact energy is 211. 8 J and the hardness is 51. 7 HRC( the tensile strength,impact energy and hardness are1420 MPa,146 J,49 HRC before final heat-treated).
