摘要
将不同地点、不同时间采收的鸭儿芹种子分别放在2℃冰箱及24.5℃恒温箱中浸种催芽15d后分别播于穴盘和苗床进行了试验,然后跟不浸种的种子进行了比较,试验结果表明:低温浸种有利于提高鸭儿芹种子发芽率、缩短鸭儿芹发芽时间。
In the experiment, the seeds of Cryptotaenia japonica collected in different time from different places are soaked in refrigerator of 2 ℃ and incubator of 24.5 ℃ respectively. After 15 days, the seeds are sown in aperture disk and seedbed respectively,and compared with unsoaked seeds. The experimental result shows that soaking the seeds of Cryptotaenia japonica in low temperature can help to improve seed germination rate and shorten the germination time.
