骨形成蛋白-7在骨性关节炎中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 骨性关节炎(OA)是一种慢性持续性和进行性的关节软骨损坏,常导致关节疼痛、僵硬、肿胀、活动受限和功能障碍的常见风湿性疾病[1]。在老年肥胖人群中,OA是引起膝关节进行性疼痛的最主要原因。有研究[2]显示,女性OA患者增加了骨折风险。骨形成蛋白-7(BMP-7)是TGF-β超家族中一员,其对软骨细胞生物学有功能有影响,尤其在软骨修复中具有重要作用,近年来已逐渐成为国内外研究其对软骨细胞生物学有功能有影响,尤其在软骨修复中具有重要作用,近年来已逐渐成为国内外研究其在OA发病机制及治疗中的热点。
