摘要 以电刺激蛙腓肠肌收缩模拟外周疲劳,探究紫薯花青苷的抗疲劳效应,分析不同品种紫薯花青苷的抗疲劳效应。设置3个紫薯花青苷浓度组(0.03、0.06、0.12 mg/mL),并设置4个处理时间(5、10、15、20 min),对照组用任氏液处理,电刺激神经干,记录肌肉收缩曲线。同时,在花青苷浓度为0.06 mg/mL、处理时间为10 min的条件下,比较不同品种花青苷的抗疲劳效应。结果表明,紫薯花青苷能显著延缓腓肠肌的疲劳(P<0.05),且在同一浓度下,作用时间越长,延缓腓肠肌疲劳的效果越显著(P<0.05)。在5 min处理下,0.12、0.06 mg/mL处理组的延长时间是0.03 mg/mL组的2.6、1.7倍,0.03 mg/mL浓度组的抗疲劳效应为18.19%,0.06 mg/mL组达到38.01%,0.12 mg/mL组达到63.23%。紫薯花青苷具有显著抗疲劳效应,不同品种紫薯花青苷的抗疲劳效应存在差异。 The electrical stimulation on frog gastrocnemius to simulate peripheral fatigue was established. The antifatigue effect of purple sweet potato anthoeyanins (PSPA) was studied, as well as the difference of anti - fatigue effect among different varieties of PSPA. Three groups with different concentrations (0.03,0.06,0.12 mg/mL) of PSPA were set, so did treatment time(5,10,15,20 min). The control group was exposed to solutions containing Ringer'S solution. The peripheral fatigue by electrical stimulation was recorded as skeletal muscle contraction curve. The anti -fatigue effects were compared among different varieties of PSPA with mass concentrations of 0.06 mg/mL for 10 min. The results showed that PSPA significantly delay the fatigue of the gastrocnemius (P 〈 0.05 ), and at the same concentration, the longer the processed time, the more significant the delay of gastrocnemius fatigue ( P 〈 0.05 ). In the 5 min, extensions of time of the groups with concentration of 0.12 mg/mL and 0.06 mg/mL were 2.6 and 1.7 times longer than that with 0.03 mg/mL. The antifatigue effect of the group with concentration of 0.03 mg/mL was 18.19% , while that of 0.06 mg/mL was 38.01% , that of 0.12 mg/mL was 63.23%. PSPA had significant antifatigue effect. Different varieties of PSPA had different antifatigue effect.
