摘要
通过改性Hummers法制备了石墨烯,然后通过物理共混与超声相结合的方法制备了石墨烯含量不同的石墨烯/聚乳酸复合膜,并研究复合膜的电阻、力学性能、热稳定性和气体阻隔性能。其中纯的聚乳酸膜的电阻数量级为1016,而添加0.5%的石墨烯之后,其电阻值数量级可达104,提高了12个数量级;当添加量为1%时,其拉伸强度也从15 MPa增加到20 MPa,透气量也从1650cm^3/(m^2·24h·0.1 MPa)降低到300cm^3/(m^2·24h·0.1MPa);添加量为5%时,热阻值从13.4cm^2·K/W降低到7.2cm^2·K/W。
Graphene was prepared by modified Hummers method, and then different content graphene/PLA composite film was prepared by physical blending and ultrasonic method, and the resistance, mechanical properties, thermal stability and gas barrier properties of the composite membrane were explored. The pure polylactic acid membrane resistance/s order of magnitude is 1018 , and after adding 0. 5% of graphene, its resistance value order of magnitude of up to 104 , increased 12 orders of magnitude. When adding amount was 1 %, the tensile strength increased from 15 MPa to 20 MPa, ventilation quantity from 1650 cm^3/(m^2 · 24 h · 0. 1 MPa) down to 300 cm^3/(m^2· 24 h · 0. 1 MPa). The value of adding amount was 5%, thermal resistance is reduced to 7. 2 cm^2 · K/W from 13. 4 cm^2 · K/W.
