摘要
"民以食为天",中国对于餐饮活动历来高度重视,与之相匹配,中国餐饮空间的历史也源远流长。中国餐饮空间的发展历经原始山洞、火塘、矮屋、高屋等不同类型,饮食方式也经过了由分餐制到合餐制的转变。在这漫长的演化过程中,民族融合、建筑技术进步、家具变化等因素又都对其产生了不同程度的影响。尝试顺着餐饮空间发展的时间脉络,梳理不同时期餐饮空间的类型与特点,并分析影响其发展的相关因素。
China's diet and dining space have a long history, the evolution of China's dining space has experienced some different types, such as the original cave, fireplace, the low space and the high space. The way of diet has also changed from individual serving to communal meal. During this long evolutionary process, ethnic fusion, building technology progress and the furniture development have great influence on the evolution of dining space. This paper tries to analyzes the types and features of dining space in different periods, and explores the factors affecting the evolution of dining space.
