植物甾醇是一种广泛存在于植物中的天然活性物质,具有重要的应用价值。该文简述了植物甾醇的来源和性质,提取和精制,比较全面地介绍了植物甾醇的生理功能,对于植物甾醇在食品,医药,化妆品,饲料等多个领域中的开发前景进行了综述。
The Phytosterol is one kind of natural substance that mainly exists in plants. It has important values of application. This article summarized the sources and charactistics,the extraction and refinement of phytosterol,entirely introducing its physiological functions. The development prospects of phytosterol in many fields such as foodstuff, medicine,cosmetic and feed are also reviewed.
