摘要
为了解决新型极薄煤层采煤机MG100-145-PFD在实验过程中出现的闷车问题,对螺旋滚筒的截齿排列模式进行了分析研究,在保证螺旋滚筒抛煤效果的同时,依据破煤理论,建立了采煤机截齿受力和截齿排列最佳截线矩的理论模型,重新优化设计了滚筒的截齿布置形式。通过实验得知,新设计的螺旋滚筒截齿布置合理,受力更均匀,很好地解决了采煤机滚筒闷车的问题。
In order to solve the blocking run problem of the new thin seam Shearer MG100-145-PFD during the experiment, this paper analyzes on the arrangement of the cutting teeth of the spiral drum. To ensure the throwing coal effect of the screw drum, according to the theory of broken coal, we establishes the theoretical models of shearer cutting force and cutting tooth arrangement, and re-designs the cutting tooth arraugement. Experiments prove that the new design of the spiral drum cutting tooth is reasonable, the force is more uniform, and the problem of the blocking run is solved. This paper has some practical guiding significance for optimizing the drum design theory and improving the stability and reliability of the shearer.
