摘要
目的探讨项目管理用于压疮护理质量指标改善中的效果。方法成立压疮护理质量改善项目组,将多部门资源及人员有效整合,通过项目启动、项目规划、项目执行、项目控制、项目收尾5个阶段进行压疮护理评估,确定目标及制定改善计划,优化压疮管理流程。结果实施项目管理后,压疮风险识别准确率由56.0%提升至90.1%,预防措施实施正确率由18.0%提升至91.5%,院内压疮发生率由2013年的0.941‰下降至2014年的0.643‰。结论实施项目管理可提高工作效率,降低压疮发生率。
Objective To discuss the effect of project management on improving the nursing quality of pressure ulcers.Method The project team of pressure ulcers nursing quality improvement was set up,intergrating the human resources of multi-sectors.Then the nursing quality of pressure ulcers was evaluated according to five phases of project management including initiation,planning, implementing,monitoring and concluding.Goals were set and improvement plan was carried out to optimize the nursing quality management process of the pressure ulcers. Results After implementing this program,the accurate identification of pressure ulcer risk increased from 56.0%to 90.1%,while the correct rate of implementing preventive measures increased from 78.0% to 91.5%.Moreover,the incidence of pressure ulcers among hospitalized patients decreased from 0.941‰ in 2013 to 0.643‰ in 2014.Conclusion Project management is effective in improving the work efficiency and reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers.
