摘要
在分析增加教育经费投入对促进经济发展影响的基础上,从教育经费投入总量、教育经费分配、教育经费监管等方面指出当前我国教育经费管理存在的问题,并提出其优化路径,以期提高后4%时代教育经费使用的公平与效益。
On the basis of analyzing the impact of increasing the educational fund to promote economic development in terms of the total amount, the distribution and supervison of educational fund, the paper points out the existing problems in the current educational fund management in our country, and puts forward optimization paths so as to guarantee the fairness and benefits concerning the use of educational fund after the post 4% times.
