摘要
客体关系理论认为,个体的早期客体关系对其心理发展与人际关系会产生深远的影响,尤其是早期与父母等家庭成员在互动中形成的早期客体关系。个体的心理困扰往往是人际关系困扰,人际关系困扰是个体早期客体关系不良导致的。文章通过对相关文献进行梳理,初步形成了家庭是如何通过客体关系影响个体心理的机制,并给父母和孩子分别提出了建议,希望能给家长和孩子带来一些启发,让孩子健康、快乐成长。
The object relations theory is that the individual＇s early subject-object relationship will produce profound influences on their psychological development and human relationships, especially when they interact with their parents or other family members during early time, that they have formed early subject-object relationship. Individual psychological problem is same as interpersonal relationship prob- lem, interpersonal relationship is the result of early object relations. By reviewing the related literature, initially formed how the family is affecting individual psychological mechanism through the object relations. And puts forward suggestions for parents and children respec- tively, hoping to bring some inspiration to parents and children, and let children grow up healthily and happily.
