摘要
针对目前地下工程现浇混凝土外墙利用坑壁胎模而以单侧模板系统作为外墙内模的施工情况,进行了相应的单侧模板及支架体系经济性设计的研究.通过系统地分析现浇混凝土单侧模板及支架体系的工况和受力状态,建立了对应的受力力学模型,并基于价值工程原理,提出了满足功能要求前提下充分利用材料性能,使其达到极限状态下的经济性设计方法.解析了单侧模板及支架体系的经济性设计时模板的次楞、主楞和支架的经济布距,以及支架经济布距时的地脚螺栓直径,并通过实际工程的计算应用,达到了节省材料,降低施工成本的效果.
This paper studied the economic design of the unilateral template and support system for the current use in underground engineering cast-in-place concrete external wall and unilateral template system as the internal model of exterior wall construction. The corresponding force mechanic model was estab- lished through the analysis of the working conditions and stress state of the cast-in-place single-side con- crete formwork templates and the support system. Furthermore, an economical ultimate state design method was proposed to make full use of the material performance under the condition of meeting the func- tional requirements. The economic arrangement distances of the base and the secondary beam and support system as well as anchor bolt diameter were analyzed. The effect of saving material and reducing the con- struction cost were obtained after practical engineering computing applications.
