摘要
Ag.DDC分光光度法和原子荧光法均能测定土壤样品中砷,土壤样品中每公斤含砷量一般在10mg左右甚至更高,原子荧光法检出限比Ag.DDC光度法的检出限低,标准曲线的线性范围小,但相对于土壤样品,如采用原子荧光法,则必需采取减少称量或增加样品的稀释倍数,这样可能会带来测定结果的误差。两种方法的对比实验,相对而言Ag.DDC光度法的稳定性和样品结果的重现性均好于原子荧光法。因此测定土壤样品中砷适合采用Ag.DDC分光光度法。
The Ag·DDC spectrophotometry and the atomic fluorometry method can both used in determinating the content of arsenic in soil samples.Generally,the content of arsenic in one kilogram soil samples is around 10mg or even more.The minimum that can be detected by using the method of atomic fluorometry is lower than that by Ag·DDC spectrophotometry,and the scope of the criterion curve is also narrower than it.However,based on soil samples,it is necessary to adopt the method of decrease the quanlity or increase the mulitipe of the soil samples if you taking atomic fluorometry method,but using this method can bring error in determination.Comparatively,after the contrastive experiment of the two determination method,the the stability and reiteration by using of the Ag·DDC spectrophotometry method is better than using atomic fluorometry.Accordingly,it is adaptive to use Ag·DDC spectrophotometry to determinate the content of arsenic in soil samples.
