摘要
很多新教师在入职初期都会遇到困境,即遭遇期望与现实不相符的"现实冲击",该困境不仅制约了新教师的入职适应,也不利于其专业发展。本文基于对国内外相关研究的深入分析,建构了全视角评估新教师入职适应"现实冲击"的理论模型,继而以教育技能、人际关系、心理素质为经,以具体冲击内容、冲击结果和影响因素为纬,设计了评估新教师入职适应困境的框架。最后,对后续评估实施提出了合理的思考,希望能够真实呈现新教师入职适应的现实困境,帮助新教师顺利实现入职适应,促进内在路径的教师专业发展。
Quite a lot of new teachers will encounter troubles during professional adaptation since the their expectation doesn't match with reality, which will not only restrict beginning teachers' professional adaptation, but also do harm to their professional development. This paper hopes to construct a theoretical model that assesses reality shock of beginning teachers based on related research at home and abroad. An assessment framework about the trouble during beginning teachers' professional adaptation based on the factors like educational skills, social relationship, mental quality, and specific shock contents and outcomes. Finally, the paper reasonably put forward assessments of the model to present the situation of the issue, offer help to beginning teachers in their professional development.
