摘要
钛合金在航空航天、汽车、医疗等行业具有广阔的应用前景,但是由于完全使用钛合金,成本较大,而且单一钛合金结构有时候很难满足特殊零件的需要,所以将钛合金与异种金属进行焊接是充分利用材料性能和节省成本的发展趋势。由于焊缝深宽比大、接头性能优良等优点,钛合金和异种金属的高能束焊接成为近年来研究的热点。文中着重对钛合金与异种材料的电子束焊接、激光焊方面的研究现状进行了分析,对在研究中存在的问题和解决方法进行了总结,并展望了未来发展趋势。
Titanium alloy has broad application prospects in aerospace,automotive,medical and other industries.But the all use of titanium alloy is relatively expensive,and structures of titanium alloy can often not meet the needs of some special parts.So the welding of titanium alloy to dissimilar metals is a development trend.As the large weld depth to width ratio and excellent joint properties,research of high energy density beam welding of titanium alloy to dissimilar metals become one of hot spot in recent years.In this paper,the research status of electron beam welding and laser welding of titanium alloy to dissimilar materials,including the problems and solving methods were summarized,and the future development trend was predicted.
