摘要
[目的]为提高解淀粉芽孢杆菌Bs2-4防治烟草青枯病效果,筛选出与Bs2-4菌株复配药剂及比例。[方法]采用抑菌圈法测定7种杀菌剂和Bs2-4菌对烟草青枯病菌的毒力,计算EC50值。平板菌落计数法测定杀菌剂与Bs2-4菌生物相容性,Horsfall法确定复配方案。[结果]硫酸链霉素抑制中质量浓度最低,为170.01 mg/L,且与Bs2-4菌有较好生物相容性。170.01 mg/L硫酸链霉素与3.3×107 cfu/m L Bs2-4菌体积比为4∶6时,IR值为1.232。复配剂对烟草青枯病菌生长抑制率达68.59%,烟草青枯病防效达65.85%,显著高于单剂防效。[结论]硫酸链霉素可与解淀粉芽孢杆菌Bs2-4菌联用防治青枯病,混剂施用减少一半化学农药施用量。
[Aims] This study aims to improve control effect of Bs2-4 on tobacco bacterial wilt by screening out bactericides and ratio combined with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Bs2-4. [Methods] The toxicity effect of 7 kinds of bactericide and Bs2-4 on Ralstonia solanacearum was determined with inhibition zone method and ECs0 values were calculated. Plate culture count method was used to determine the biocompatibility of bactericide and Bs2-4, and the distribution scheme was determined with Horsfall method. [Results] The ECs0 value of streptomycin sulfate was the lowest with only 170.01 mg/L and streptomycin sulfate showed good biocompatibility with Bs2-4. The IR value was 1.232 when volume ratio is 4:6 of 170.01 mg/L streptomycin sulphate and 3.3×107 cfu/mL Bs2-4. The growth inhibition rate and control effect of compounds on R. solanacearum were 68.59 and 65.85%, respectively, significantly higher than single dose. [Conclusions] Streptomycin sulfate can combine with B. amyloliquefaciens Bs2-4 to control tobacco bacterial wilt, only half bactericide would be applied after compound.
