摘要
目的:探讨RP-HPLC测定生血宝颗粒中齐墩果酸含量的效果。方法:选取齐墩果酸对照品,RP-HPLC检测生血宝颗粒女贞子中齐墩果酸的含量,利用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shim-Pack CLC-ODS柱(45 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30,V/V);流速为1.0 m L·min-1;检测波长为212 nm;柱温为25℃;进样量为进样5.0μL。结果:齐墩果酸在100μg^500μg之间范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 8,平均回收率:97.77%(n=6)。结论:RP-HPLC测定生血宝颗粒中齐墩果酸含量操作简便,快速,准确,可用于产品质量的控制。
Objective： To explore the effectiveness of RP-HPLC in measuring the content of oleanolic acid in Shengxuebao Gran- ules. Methods ： Reference sunbtance of oleanolic acid was selected ; the content of oleanolic acid in Shengxuebao Granules were measured. HPLC was applied, with the Shim-Pack CLC- ODS （45mm ×150ram,5 μm）, mobile phase methyl alcohol-water （70： 30,V/V）, velocity 1.0mL？ mind, tested wave length of 212nm, colum temperature 25℃, sample size 5. 0μL. Results： The linear relation within 100ug - 500ug was good with the relevant eoefficient r = 0. 9998 and average recovery rate of 97.77% （ n = 6）. Conclusion ： In measuring the content of oleanolic acid in Shengxuebao Granules, RP-HPLC is simple to operate with efficien- cy and accuracy, which can be used to contrnl the quality of the products.
