摘要
目的分析125I粒子治疗前列腺癌医护人员的受照剂量和剂量率。方法采用热释光剂量计检测125I植入术前、植入术中、植入术后医护人员的受照剂量,并计算出剂量率。结果植入术前医护人员的指尖、眼睛、甲状腺、胸部的剂量率分别是30.26、1.80、2.23、0.00μGy/h。植入术中放疗科医师、影像科医师、外科医师、外科医师助手、器械护士、麻醉科医师以及参观人员的剂量率分别是0.71、3.35、0.48、22.59、8.12、0.00及0.00μGy/h。植入术后医护人员的受照剂量为本底水平。结论 125I粒子组织间近距离治疗前列腺癌医护人员是安全的。
【Objective】 To analyze the dose of radiation exposure of medical staff during prostate cancer treatment by125 I brachytherapy.【Methods】 The preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative dose of radiation to the medical staff during125 I brachytherapy was tested by thermoluminescent dosimeter（TDL） and the dose rate was calculated.【Results】 The preoperative dose rate for the doctors＇ fingertips,eyes,thyroid and chest was 30.26,1.80,2.23 and 0.00 μGy/h respectively.The dose rate for radiotherapy doctor,ultrasound doctor,surgeon,surgeon assistant,instrument nurse,anesthesia doctor and operation visitor during operation was 0.71,3.35,0.48,22.59,8.12,0.00 and 0.00 μGy/h respectively.The dose was the same as the background level for the medical staff worked postoperatively.【Conclusion】 The medical staff are safe during prostate cancer treatment with125 I brachytherapy.
