摘要
近年来,在大合作、大交流的历史背景下,两岸在高教领域合作得以迅速推进,越来越多的陆生选择赴台研修。相对于两年以上学籍生研修项目而言,短于一年的非学籍生研修项目管理涉及双方合作院校多部门间的协同配合,工作环节复杂,管理难度较大。应重点在研修项目的组织实施、交换生选拔、课程对接、带队教师选派、学分置换及经验总结分享等诸多方面积累管理经验,建立制度规范,以机制体制建设促进教育管理效率的提高。
In recent years, cross-straits cooperation in the field of higher education is moving forward very quickly on both sides, more and more mainland students are willing to go to Taiwan to further their studies. Compared with those long-term exchange programs, the short-term exchange program must be well managed through joint efforts on both sides. At present, setup of competent governing body, students selection, curricular arrangement, credit replacement, on-site management, reflection and sharing mechanism are most likely to block the development of cross-straits students exchange program. We should look into those aforesaid setbacks and make efforts to optimize the management mechanism.
