基于PLC凿井绞车控制系统的起吊钢丝绳保护设计

摘要 在矿山停产检修、大型设备起吊、井筒掘砌、井筒设备安装等施工中,都需要使用凿井绞车,起吊钢丝绳被拉断事故时有发生,给安全生产带来了严重威胁。为有效解决这一问题,对钢丝绳断绳原因进行了分析探讨,对凿井绞车控制系统进行了保护设计与改造,将PLC控制系统应用到凿井绞车群控制中,在钢丝绳受力末端及凿井绞车上增加测量元件,实时监测钢丝绳及凿井绞车受力状态,并在异常状况下切断电源,杜绝了钢丝绳在起吊时被拉断的事故。 During the mine maintenance,large equipments hoisting,mine shaft lining,mine shaft equipments installation and other construction,a mine shaft sinking winch would be required.When the steel rope tensile failure accident occurred sometime,serious threats would be made to the safety production.In order to effectively solve the problem,an analysis and discussion was conducted on the causes of the steel rope breaking.A protection design and reconstruction were conducted on the control system of the winch.The PLC control system was applied to the clustered control of the winch.The measuring elements were added on the stress end of the steel rope and the winch in order to have a real time monitoring and measuring the stress status of the rope and the winch and to put an end to the steel rope breaking down accident when the power was off under the abnormal condition.
