Preparation of Geopolymer-based Foam Material and Its Properties

摘要 以偏高岭土基地质聚合物为基体,以双氧水和十二烷基磺酸钠为混合发泡剂,制备出地质聚合物发泡材料。研究了发泡剂添加量、水分添加量及固化温度对地质聚合物发泡材料性能的影响。实验结果表明,发泡剂的添加量对该多孔材料的性能影响最大,其次为固化温度,水分含量影响最小。当发泡剂的添加量为3.5%,水分添加量为18%,固化温度为40℃,所得地质聚合物发泡材料性能优良,其孔隙率为76%,孔径小于0.5 mm,体积密度为0.3949 g/cm3,抗压强度为1.45 MPa,在轻质耐火保温建筑材料市场上具有很大的潜力。 A geopolymer-based foam material was prepared by using meatalkaolinite, water glass and sodium hydroxide as raw materials for geopolymer, hydrogen peroxide solution and sodium dodecylsulphate as mixing foaming agent. The effects of foam agent, water content and curing temperature on the properties of the foam polymer were studied. The foam agent is the biggest impact, followed by the curing temperature and moisture content. When the content of foam agent was 3.5%, water content was 18% and the curing temperature was 40 ℃, the foam geopolymer-based foam materials with the excellent properties was obtained: the porosity of 76%, the pore size of less than 0.5 mm, the bulk density of 0.3949 g/cm3 and the compressive strength of 1.45 MPa. It has great potential in the light refractory and insulation building materials market.
