摘要
以固体二苯碳酰二肼为显色剂、氯化钠为增溶剂、氨基磺酸为固体酸,采用便携式分光光度计,建立了水中六价铬的快速现场测定方法。研究了固体混合试剂用量对体系吸光度的影响,优化了现场测试条件,与标准方法对比验证了现场测试的准确性。结果表明,Cr(Ⅵ)在0.010~1.000mg/L的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,加标回收率(n=5)为90.0%~102.0%,相对标准偏差为0.29%~4.45%,方法检出限为0.004mg/L。该方法具有简便、快速、准确的特点,尤其适用于场地/区域地下水污染调查评价、水污染事故的应急监测分析等领域。
With solid diphenylcarbazide as the chromogenic reagent, sodium chloride as solubilizer and amino sulfonic acid as solid acid, a rapid and in-situ determination method of chromium ( Ⅵ ) in water was established using portable spectrophotometer. The influence of the dosage of solid reagent on the absorbency value of the system was studied. The conditions for in-situ determination were optimized, and the accuracy of the method proposed was proved by comparing with the standard method. The results showed that the linear range of chromium ( Ⅵ) was 0. 010 to 1. 000 mg/L. The recovery rate ( n = 5 ) was 90.0% to 102.0%, RSD was 0.29% to 4.45%, and the detection limit was 0.004 mg/L. This method is simple, rapid and accurate, especially suitable for groundwater pollution investigation and water pollution accident emergency monitoring.
