摘要
石油树脂加氢前,根据对各种加氢用溶剂溶解度的测定结果,绘制溶解度曲线以确定加氢偏三溶液为最佳溶剂。加氢后,液体产品须经过减压蒸馏蒸出其中的溶剂,以循环利用。最后选择合适的分析方法考察加氢石油树脂的性能。通过试验确定了蒸馏的最佳条件,使加氢后树脂的原有性能不会被改变。
Before Hydrogenation, Partial tri-toluene solution was selected as solvent according to the determination for solubility of kinds of solvent, and the solubility curve displays the dissolve ability of partial tri-toluene solution for petroleum resin. The hydrogenated sample was distilled by vacuum distillation in order to distill the solvent and recycle. At last+ we choose the suit analysis means to seeing about the perfonrtances of hydrogenated petroleum resin. The experiment confirms the best condition of distillation, so the original performances of hydrogenated petroleum resin would not be affected.
