基于滑模变结构电流环的PMSM矢量控制

摘要 永磁同步电机具有转矩脉动小、效率高、结构简单、转矩/惯量比大等优点,广泛应用于交流调速系统。针对参数时变、负载扰动等引起的调速系统干扰问题,提出了一种基于滑模变结构控制理论的电流环鲁棒控制器,取代传统的电流PI控制器。采用电流转速双闭环和基于转子磁链定向的SVPWM矢量控制策略,使得系统动态响应更快、稳定性和抗干扰能力更强,鲁棒性大幅提高。通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真验证了该控制器设计的正确性。 Permanent magnet synchronous motor has small torque ripple, high efficiency, high ratio of torque and volume, simple structure, and other advantages, widely used in AC speed control system. In order to solve the problems of parameter variation and load disturbance, a new current loop robust controller based on variable structure sliding mode control was proposed. In the control system, the SVPWM vector control strategy based on current and speed double closed loop and rotor flux oriented was used. Compared with the traditional PI controller, the controller makes the system has faster response speed, higher stability and a stronger anti-interference ability. The robustness of the system is improved. Finally, through MATLAB/Simulink simulation it verifies the correctness of the controller design.
