摘要
在分析高炉瓦斯灰和除尘灰特性的基础上,开展回转窑焙烧工艺试验,通过行过程基础数据测量和过程参数计算确定工艺条件,即原料温度在(1 100±100)℃,原料停留时间(120±15)min,原料粒径1mm以下。结果表明在此条件下收取氧化锌粉w(ZnO)>29%,收集的窑渣w(ZnO)<1.8%,脱锌率达74%,可做选铁和配料使用。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of blast furnace gas ash and dust,the experiment on rotary kiln roasting process was conducted.The process conditions was determined through the basic measured data and calculated parameters of the process.The raw material temperature was(1 100±100)℃,raw material retention time was(120±15)min and particle size was below 1mm.The results showed that under these conditions w(ZnO)of the collected zinc oxide powder was more than 29%,w(ZnO)of the collected kiln slag was less than 1.8%and dezincing rate was 74%.Therefore,the conditions can be use in iron separation and burdening.
