摘要
使用1995—2012年中国省域面板数据,采用空间计量方法,构建0-1空间权重矩阵和地理距离空间权重矩阵,以铁路密度和公路密度表征交通基础设施,研究了交通基础设施对城乡收入差距影响的空间溢出效应。结果表明:省际城乡收入差距具有显著的空间相关性,Moran指数逐渐减小但仍十分显著;一个地区的交通基础设施密度增大会对邻近地区的城乡收入差距产生显著影响,即交通基础设施对城乡收入差距的影响具有空间溢出效应;其中,铁路密度的增大对临近地区城乡收入差距的扩大具有显著的抑制作用,公路密度的增大会扩大邻近地区的城乡收入差距但不显著。指出:继续加大铁路交通基础设施投资、优化公路投资结构有助于缩小城乡收入差距。
This paper builds 0-1weight matrix and geographical distance weight matrix to test the spatial spillover effect of the impact of transportation infrastructure represented by railway density and highway density on urban-rural income gap by using the China'provincial panel data from 1995 to 2012and spatial econometric method.The result shows as follows:urban-rural income gap has significant spatial autocorrelation,and the Moran index decreases gradually,but is still very significant;the increasing of regional traffic infrastructure density has significant impacts on the urban-rural income gap of neighbouring region,that is to say,transportation infrastructure has significant spatial spillover impact on urban-rural income gap;The increasing of railway density has significant inhibition effect on the widening of urban-rural income gap,while the increasing of highway density widens urban-rural income gap,but this effect is not significant.Therefore,government should continue to intensify the building of railway transportation infrastructure investment and optimize the structure of highway investment,which could help to narrow the urban-rural income gap.
