摘要
采用正交试验法研究了阴离子、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂对(Ni-P)-纳米(Si C)P化学复合镀层性能的影响,确定了适宜活性剂的种类,同时制备了相应化学复合镀层。采用扫描电子显微镜观察了(Ni-P)-纳米(Si C)P镀层的形貌,采用能谱仪测试了镀层的成分。结果表明,阴离子表面活性剂有利于纳米粒子与镍-磷合金共沉积,所得镀层均匀、致密、硬度高。
Effects of anionic,cationic and nonionic surfactants on the properties of( Ni-P)-nano( Si C)P electroless composite coating were studied by orthogonal experiments,suitable types of the surfactants were determined,and the( Ni-P)-nano( Si C)Pelectroless composite coating was prepared,. Morphology of the coating was observed by SEM,and composition of the coating was tested by EDS. Results showed that the anionic surfactant was advantageous to the co-deposition of nano-particles and Ni-P alloy,the obtained coating was uniform,compact and had high hardness.
