摘要
目的评价血清可溶性凝集素样氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体-1(s LOX-1)的水平是否与患者存在代谢综合征及冠心病相关。方法该横断面研究共纳入278例患者,分为四组:无代谢综合征和冠心病组(Met S-/CAD-,n=76),有代谢综合征无冠心病组(Met S+/CAD-,n=42),有冠心病无代谢综合征组(Met S-/CAD+,n=89),有代谢综合征和冠心病组(Met S+/CAD+,n=71)。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测量每组研究对象的s LOX-1水平。结果患者血清s LOX-1水平Met S+/CAD-组及Met S-/CAD+与Met S-/CAD-组相比,均明显升高(P<0.01),而Met S+/CAD+组血清s LOX-1水平较Met S+/CAD-组及Met S-/CAD+也明显升高(P<0.01)。多元Logistic回归结果显示血清s LOX-1水平与代谢综合征和冠心病均呈独立相关(P<0.01)。结论血清s LOX-1水平与患者患代谢综合征及冠心病独立相关,血清s LOX-1可能是对代谢综合征和冠心病进行早期诊断和风险评估的重要因子。
Objective To investigate the relationship of circulating soluble lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1( s LOX-1) levels with the metabolic syndrome and coronary artery diseases. Methods A total of 200 patients were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. Patients were classified as no metabolic syndrome / no coronary artery disease group( Met S-/ CAD-,n =76),Met S+/ CADgroup( n = 42),Met S-/ CAD+group( n = 89),Met S+/ CAD+group( n = 71). Results The serum s LOX-1 levels were significantly higher in Met S+/ CAD+,Met S+/ CAD-and Met S-/ CAD+groups than in Met S-/ CAD-group( P 0. 01 for all comparisons),and it was significantly higher in Met S+/ CAD+group than in Met S+/ CAD+group and Met S+/ CAD-group( P 0. 01 for all comparisons).Multivariate Logistic regression demonstrated that serum s LOX-1 level was independently associated with the presence of metabolic syndrome( P 0. 01) and CAD( P 0. 01). Conclusion Serum s LOX-1 level is independently associated with the presence of metabolic syndrome and CAD,and it may be an important factor in early diagnosis and risk evaluation of metabolic syndrome and CAD.
