船舶与钢板桩码头碰撞过程数值仿真 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究船舶与钢板桩码头碰撞过程中码头结构的动力响应,文中采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,模拟50 000 t级船舶与某钢板桩码头的碰撞过程,得到在不同碰撞速度下船舶与钢板桩码头碰撞过程中的撞击力时程曲线、钢板桩等效应力时程曲线和胸墙压力时程曲线,并将数值模拟计算的撞击力与各类船桥碰撞规范进行比较分析,得出了一般规律和特点.同时,提出了防止码头结构由于船舶撞击速度太大而被破坏的措施,为同类码头的设计和维修改造以及撞击力的研究提供理论参考依据. In order to study the dynamic response of wharf structure for collisions between ship and steel sheet pile bulkhaed,the impact process of 50 000 ton ship and steel sheet pile bulkhead is simulated by finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA in this paper. We obtain the impact force-time curve,equivalent force-time curve of steel sheet pile and the pressure-time curve of breast wall. Comparing the impact force of numerical simulation with the result of ship-bridge collision specifications,general rules and characteristics are also obtained. At the same time,some measures are put forward to prevent the damage of wharf structure under the impact of a ship of large velocity,providing theoretical reference for the design,maintenance and transformation of similar wharf and research on impact force of the collision between a ship and a similar wharf.
