摘要
目的探讨家庭护理干预对维持性血液透析患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2013年7月至2015年2月龙华新区中心医院血液透析中心肾衰竭患者60例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者给予常规指导和健康教育,试验组在对照组基础上采用家庭护理干预,比较2组治疗依从性和护理满意度差异。结果护理前,试验组和对照组患者治疗依从性评分、生存质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,试验组患者治疗依从性评分和和生存质量评分明显高于护理前,护理前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中试验组患者治疗依从性评分和生存质量评分明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组护理满意率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭护理干预显著改善维持性血液透析患者治疗依从性,提高生存质量,改善护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the influence of family nursing intervention on treatment compliance in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Sixty cases of renal failure in hemodialysis center of our hospital from July 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each.Control group were given routine guidance and health education,while experimental group were given family nursing intervention based on the treatment of control group.The difference of treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,it had no statistically significant difference in treatment compliance scores and life quality score between the two groups（P0.05）.After nursing,the treatment compliance and life quality scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of pre-nursing,and there was statistically significant difference between pre-nursing and post-nursing（P0.05）.Treatment compliance and life quality scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.And nursing satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The family nursing intervention can significantly improve treatment compliance,life quality and nursing satisfaction for maintenance hemodialysis,and it is worthy of clinical application.
