摘要
蛋白质是最重要的生物大分子,它的二级结构决定了其功能特性。傅里叶红外光谱法(fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)以其独特的优越性,在研究蛋白质二级结构中发挥着不可替代的作用。文中就FTIR测定蛋白质二级结构的方法进行了综述。
Protein is an important macromolecules, the secondary structure directly determines its properties. FT- IR plays an irreplaceable role with its unique advantages in studying the protein secondary structure. In this paper, the determination method of protein secondary structure by FTIR is described.
