摘要
为解决传统机械指针式罗盘仪在煤矿井下误差大、效率低等问题,采用数字化仪表技术设计实现了矿用本安型地质罗盘仪。其数据采集技术采用了磁阻与加速度传感器,在结构上采用光电一体化设计,增加了2组激光指向、激光(投线)测量倾斜度的激光模组,操作界面采用仿真表盘、模拟水准刻度与数字显示,软件方面设计了专门的地质体产状测量程序,使得测量地质体产状可以半智能化。试验应用结果表明,该罗盘可进行0°~360°方位测量和0°~90°倾斜测量,消除了读数误差;辅助激光可实现不接触测量,提高使用者在矿山井下、野外等危险环境中的安全系数、工作效率和测量精度,可广泛用于矿井地质、地质勘查等领域。
In order to solve the big error,low efficiency and other problems of the traditional mechanic needle type compass applied in underground mine,a mine intrinsic safe mode geologic compass was designed and realized with the application of the digitalized instrument technology. A magnetoresistive and acceleration sensor was applied to the data acquisition technology. An optic- electric integration design was applied to the structure of the compass with two sets of the laser orientation and laser( projection) measured inclination laser modules added. A simulated instrument panel,analog level calibration and digital display were applied to the operating interface. A special geologic occurrence measuring program was designed to the software of the compass and the geologic occurrence could be measured in a semi intelligent. The applied experiments showed that the compass could make an azimuthal measurement with a degree of 0° ~ 360° and inclined measurement with a degree of 0° ~ 90° and the reading error could be eliminated. An auxiliary laser could realize a non- contact measurement,could improve the safety coefficient,working efficiency and measuring accuracy of the operator in the underground mine,field and other dangerous environment and could widely applied to the mine geology,gerologic survey and other area.
