摘要
火花塞作为汽油机点火系统的重要工作部件,其中央电极与侧电极之间的间隙值对汽油机动力性、经济性和启动性能都有显著影响。为提高工厂化生产中火花塞间隙值检验的效率和准确性,运用机器视觉和图像检测技术,对采集的火花塞原始图像依次进行二值化处理,去除孤立小目标和目标区域识别,结合图像标定结果,可实现火花塞间隙图像法测量。结果表明,被测火花塞间隙值相对误差为0.73%,说明方法可行、可靠。其算法不但可用于农业动力火花塞间隙测量,也可为类似的精确测量提供参考。
Spark Plug is a important working part for ignition system of gasoline engine,the spark plug gap between central electrode and lateral electrode has an important influence on the power performance,economy and starting performance.To monitor the gap value efficiently and accurately,the original image of spark plug was changed from RGB model to bi-level image,some independent points were deleted by bwareaopen function.The area of spark plug gap was specified by imcrop function with four-element position vector.Therefore,the value of spark plug gap was measured using regionprops function with boundingbox after calibrating.The results indicate the image processing method is feasible and reliable with the relative error of the method is 0.73%.Therefore,the mentioned method not only provide a accurate monitoring method of spark plug gap,but also gives foundation for other measurement.
