摘要
从电子商务环境对复合型物流管理人才的新需求着手,分析目前我国电子商务环境下物流人才培养模式的现状,通过SWOT分析找出优势和问题,借鉴国外的物流人才培养模式的优秀经验,并根据我国的实际情况,结合政府、学校、企业、社会四个角度构建电子商务环境下复合型物流管理人才的能力培养模式。
This paper starts from the new requirements of compound logistics managers in electronic commerce environment and analyze the current situation of developing logistics talents in electronic commerce environment in our country. Find the advantages and problems by using SWOT and reference the excellent experience of training mode for logistics talents in foreign countries. According to the actual situation of our country, build the ability training mode of compound logistics managers in electronic commerce environment from the four aspects of government, school, enterprise and society.
