摘要
准东五彩湾煤属于极易着火、极易燃尽,燃烧性能优异的煤种,但该煤种煤灰中钠与钙含量均较高,具有严重的结渣、沾污特性。对此,以准东五彩湾电厂2号机组为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法对前后墙对冲、旋流燃烧器锅炉掺烧准东煤的炉内温度场和煤粉颗粒流动等进行分析研究。结果表明,锅炉后墙燃烧器的外二次风旋流强度过大,引起后墙水冷壁附近烟气温度过高,炉内热气流作用引发D层燃烧器煤粉气流贴墙,导致后墙结渣严重,影响掺烧准东煤锅炉的安全与经济运行。建议在掺烧准东煤过程中,根据实际情况进行负荷扰动,或间歇性从底层A/B磨煤机掺入低钠煤,以减轻结渣。
Zhundong-coal from Wucaiwan is highly inflammable and easily burnt out,which has excellent combustion properties.However,this kind of coal has the characteristic of serious slagging,because of the high content of sodium and calcium in the coal ash.Thus,taking No.2unit in Zhundong Wucaiwan Power Plant as the research object,this article numerically simulated the temperature field and pulverized coal particle flow characteristics in furnace of the opposed firing boiler equipped with swirling burners.The results show that,the swirl strength of the secondary air outside the rear-wall burner was too large,causing an over high flue gas temperature around water wall at the rear-wall.Due to the hot gas flow,the pulverized coal flowing from the D layer burners got close to the walls,thus the slagging on the rear-wall became serious,and the safe and economic operation of the boiler firing Zhundong coal was greatly affected.Therefore,during combustion of Zhundong coal,to ease the slagging,it is better to carry out load disturbance according to the actual situations,or co-fire the coals with low sodium content from the lower layer(layer A or B)mills.
