摘要
目的:研究蓬子菜活性成分香叶木苷对急性血瘀模型大鼠凝血功能及血管内皮功能的作用。方法:采用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素复合冰水浴制备大鼠急性血瘀模型,通过测定凝血四项研究香叶木苷对血瘀大鼠凝血功能的影响,并通过测定血液中可溶性细胞间黏附因子-1(s ICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞黏附因子-1(s VCAM-1)的含量,研究香叶木苷对血管内皮功能的影响。结果:与模型组比较,香叶木苷能明显改善血瘀大鼠凝血功能,延长凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT),降低纤维蛋白原(FIB)及细胞黏附因子s ICAM-1、s VCAM-1的含量。结论:香叶木苷可改善急性血瘀大鼠凝血功能,有效减少细胞黏附因子的释放,具有抗凝血功能,并能改善血管内皮功能。
Objective: To study the effect of diosmin which is an active component abstracted from Galium verum L. on the function of blood clotting and vascular endothelium of rats' acute blood stasis models. Methods: Use Eepinephrin injected subcutaeously and icewater bath to make rats' models of acute blood stasis syndrome.Then make a study on how diosmin ameliorated the blood clotting function of rats' models by assaying the indexes of blood clotting tetrachoric. In the meantime,we made an approach to the subject on how diosmin improved the function of vascular endothelium by assaying s ICAM- 1 and s VCAM- 1 in the blood. Results: Compared with models,diosmin could improve the function of blood clotting obviously. It could extend prothrombin time,activate partial thromboplastin time,thrombin time. Moreover,it could reduce the content of fibrinogen and two kinds of cellular adhesion molecule. Concluson: Diosmin can improve the funtion of anticoagulation.Diosmin can also improve the function of vascular endothelium.
