摘要
目的:探究阴道后壁黏膜切除联合埋没引线缝合法治疗阴道松弛的临床效果观察。方法:选取我院自2010年2月至2014年8月收治的60例阴道松弛患者作为研究对象,采取阴道后壁黏膜切除术后,采取随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,每组各30例。治疗组在采取阴道后壁黏膜切除术后,根据阴道松弛程度于阴道腔隙往深部处联合埋没引线缝合法,对照组仅采取阴道后壁黏膜切除法。对比两组患者术后各等级阴道松弛程度发生率及相关雌激素水平。结果:实验组与对照组术后轻度松弛,中度松弛,重度松弛的发生率相比差异显著(χ2=6.39,P<0.05;χ2=5.28,P<0.05;χ2=4.92,P<0.05)。实验组与对照组FSH、LH、PRH及T的含量相比差异显著(t=4.68,P<0.05;t=3.92,P<0.05;t=4.21,P<0.05,t=5.01,P<0.05)。结论:采用的阴道后壁黏膜切除联合埋没引线缝合法治疗阴道松弛临床疗效突出,相比于传统仅采用阴道后壁黏膜切除具有诸多优势,可明显提高生活质量。
Objectives： To observe the clinical effect of vaginal back wall mucous membrane excision com- bined buried suture for the treatment of vagina relaxation. Methods： 60 patients with vaginal relaxation treated in our hospital from February 2010 to August 2014 were selected as research subjects. After receiving the vaginal back wall mucosal resection, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. After receiving vaginal wall mucosal resection, according to the degree of slack in the vagina treatment group received buried wire suture. Control group only received the vaginal wall mucosa excision. Levels of postoperative incidence of vaginal relaxation degree and related estrogen levels were compared. Results： The difference in the in- cidence of mild slack, moderate slack and severe slack between treatment group and control group was significantly different （x^2 = 6.39, P 〈 0. 05 ; x^2 = 5.28, P 〈 0. 05 ; x^2 = 4.92, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The difference in FSH, LH, PRH and T levels between treatment group and control group was significant different （ t = 4.68, P 〈 0. 05, t = 0. 05, P 〈 0. 05, t = 0. 05, P 〈 0. 05, t = 5.01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Vaginal back wall mucous membrane excision combined buried suture has outstanding clinical curative effect. Compared to traditional mucous membrane excision, this method has many advantages and can obviously improve the quality of life.
