摘要 营养与食品卫生学是预防医学的一个重要研究方向。近年来三聚氰胺、塑化剂等食品安全事件的发生,对该专业方向的研究生培养提出了更高的要求。本文根据该专业的培养目标,结合当前现状,分别从专业技能、文献信息的获取与管理、良好实验室规范、论文撰写及道德素养这5方面进行探讨。 The research on nutrition and food hygiene is an important research area in preventive medicine.In recent years,the occurring of hazards events of melamine,plasticizer and other food safety incidents put forward higher requirements of graduate students training.In this paper,based on the professional training objectives and combined with the current status of the graduate students,five aspects including professional skills,literature information acquisition and management,good laboratory practices,thesis writing and moral accomplishment were discussed.
