摘要
从数量和建筑面积来看,酒店是公共建筑中重要的一类。相比于其他类型公共建筑,酒店建筑特别是四星级及以上的,能耗强度较高。分析酒店能耗影响因素,是推动酒店节能的重要基础。本文提出了包括建筑外形在内的7个酒店能耗影响因素,通过设计正交试验并结合能耗模拟软件对酒店能耗影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,酒店客房入住率对酒店能耗的影响最大,建筑外形对酒店能耗的影响最小。各因素对酒店能耗影响程度的确定,对于酒店建筑节能具有重要的指导意义。
In terms of the quantity and gross floor area,hotel building is an important kind of public building.Compared with other types of public buildings,the energy intensity of four-star and above hotel building is especially higher. Analysis on factors influencing the energy consumption of hotel building is an important foundation for promoting energy efficiency. Seven influencing factors are presented including the architectural appearance,and the influencing factors of hotel building energy consumption is analyzed with orthogonal experiment and energy simulation software. It is found that the room occupancy rate has the most significant effect and the architectural features have the weakest effect on the hotel building energy consumption. The determination of sensitivity factors influencing the energy consumption of hotel building has an important guiding significance to the building energy conservation.
