摘要
针对供应链风险日渐突出的现状,基于供应链风险定义,探究供应链风险来源,并分别基于不确定性、信息的不对称性和供应链系统的脆弱性,阐述了供应链风险形成机理;从供应链风险传导的动因、过程、结果揭示了供应链风险传导机理,进而识别供应链风险,最后从风险产生和传导的角度,提出了杜绝和控制供应链风险产生与传导的风险防范措施。
According to the current situation that the risk in supply chain is increasing, based on the definition of risk in supply chain, we explore the sources of risk in supply chain, and then expound the formation mechanism of risk in supply chain based on the uncertainty, the asymmetry of information and the vulnerability of risk in supply chain; beyond that, we reveals the conduction mechanism on account of its motivation, process and the result, at last, we put forward to the prevention measures, eliminating and controlling the risk in supply chain, from the perspective of produce and conduct of risk in supply chain.
