摘要
网络商业伦理是近年来网络消费研究领域的新热点和突出的新问题。结合网络生态中出现的伦理问题,对网络商业伦理的概念进行了界定。通过文献回顾、深度访谈、焦点小组讨论等方法对网络商业伦理各维度进行研究和测量。研究结果表明:网络商业伦理可由诚信、隐私、安全、笃行、公正五个维度构成。实证分析结果显示,网络商业伦理的五维度测量模型具有较好的内部一致性信度、收敛效度和区别效度。
E-commerce ethics is a new hotspot in the field of network consumption research in recent years.Combined with the ethical issues in e-ecology,the concept of e-commerce ethics is defined. Through literature review,in-depth interviews,group discussion and other methods,the dimensions of e-commerce ethics are researched and measured. The results show that the e-commerce ethics is composed of five dimensions: integrity,privacy,security,fulfillment and justice. The empirical analysis shows that the five dimensional measurement model of e-commerce ethics has good internal consistency reliability,convergent validity and discriminant validity.
